THE SIGNALFaster answers are useful only when a team knows which decision the answers are meant to support. |
WHY IT MATTERSA procurement team asks for a supplier summary. The document arrives, but nobody can say whether the next step is approval, an exception review, or a request for more evidence. In this hypothetical example, the missing deliverable is not another paragraph. It is a decision definition. |
Start with a sentence that names the choice, the owner, and the deadline. Then specify the evidence that could change the answer. A model can help prepare material against that definition, but it should not quietly decide what the business was trying to authorize. When the requested output and the required decision diverge, an impressive demonstration can hide an unchanged workflow. |
THE CONTROL TESTThe control test: ask a reviewer to identify the decision, the evidence, the unresolved issue, and the action that remains outside the system's authority. If those are unclear, revise the workflow before adding more automation. Record what was observed and what remains untested. Treat a useful escalation as a possible correct outcome, not automatically a failure. |
THE ENTERPRISE MOVE1. Write the decision in one sentence. 2. Name the person who may approve it. 3. List the evidence that could change the answer. |
QUESTION FOR YOUR TEAMWhich recurring decision would you define first? |
WHERE WISDOMTWIN FITSWisdomTwin is being built as the Judgment Platform for regulated enterprises. Its product direction combines One-Press Huddle, role-specific AI Judgment Twins, and the Trust Layer. Ingest, Twin, Operate describes the intended flow. These are propositions to evaluate in bounded workflows, not claims of validated production performance. |
Get the Daily Signal. Reply with the recurring decision your team wants to examine. Describe the workflow, not confidential business, customer, patient, or security information. |
Founder disclosure: Roman Bodnarchuk is Co-Founder and CEO of WisdomTwin, Inc. WisdomTwin is pre-revenue, with zero production users, zero paying customers, USD $0 in product revenue, and five founder-built synthetic demonstration scenarios. This is founder analysis, not independent product validation. Examples are hypothetical, not customer outcomes or professional advice. |
